Sports and Social members can enter various events within this sport which are:

 - Men's Singles

 - Ladies Singles

 - Men's Doubles

 - Ladies Doubles

 - Mixed Doubles

 - Men's Vets Doubles (over 40)

 - Ladies Vets Doubles (over 35)

 - Retired Police Officers

 - Police Staff

Whomever reaches the final in their respective events qualifies for National Finals which are held in different areas throughout the UK in September of each year. In addition to this, National finalists are considered for the GB Police teams.

The Group will endeaver to find members a partner if they don't have one but wish to take part in any of the Doubles matches.

Each year there is a North West Regional Tournament held in May (dates and venue vary)
