The GMP Netball Team has gone from strength to strength this season with an influx of new players joining us all the time.

 Each season we play in the PSUK cup/plate competition which is a knock out competition consisting of playing matches throughout the season against other Police forces. This season we got through to the quarter finals of the cup competition which was a fantastic result for us as an emerging team with new players.

 In September we are playing in the PSUK tournament which this year is hosted by West Midlands. We hosted the competition in 2015. It was fantastically organised tournament which was a great advocate for our city and we had a brilliant time doing so.

 The yearly tournament is ran across a weekend usually early September and consists of 2 days of netball as well as a themed gala dinner on the Saturday night. It is always a fantastic weekend of sport and camaraderie between the forces and is the highlight of our season.
